In May 1999, Terl Bryant was appointed mayor of
his home town of Stamford in Lincolnshire, UK.
Now that his term as mayor is over, Terl has
become Chairman of the District Council. This means that means he has 4 major
towns to look after.
Terl has been an active member of Jooly's Joint
for many years, and his achievements are a great inspiration to our
community.
Here's what Terl had to say about JJ...
"I was diagnosed with MS and basically left to 'get on with it'. I knew no
one else who had it and needed help with coming to terms with it. At Jooly's
Joint you are part of a bigger family of people who understand your problem.
New friends with MS have helped me to understand what's happening to me and
have helped me get back to leading a nearly normal life. The quality of my life
has improved as a direct result of being a member of Jooly's Joint."
